My art prints and selected canvas goods are fulfilled and manufactured by a professional, third-party printing specialist based in the United Kingdom. Processing & Lead Times: Orders are submitted to my UK fulfilment partner immediately upon successful payment confirmation. International Shipping: I offer international shipping worldwide. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country.
Custom Shipping Quotes
Because canvas items vary in size and weight, international postage charges are calculated on an individual basis at the time of your order or inquiry.Customs and Duties: International buyers are fully responsible for any local customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes levied by their destination country.
Returns, Refunds, & Defects30-Day Policy
In accordance with my store policy, you must contact me within 30 days of delivery to report any issues or request a return. Original Canvas Art: All sales of one-of-a-kind, original physical canvas paintings are final. Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged in transit.
Defective Prints
Because prints are custom-made to order by my UK printer, they can only be returned, refunded, or replaced if they arrive damaged or feature a manufacturing/printing defect. Process: To report a damaged or defective item, please email netty7337@aol.com within the 30-day window with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the fault.
