Carefully packaged, safely delivered

Each piece of artwork is carefully prepared and securely packaged so that it can begin its journey to you safely.

I aim to dispatch your original canvas artwork or print within 14 days of purchase. If there is likely to be any delay, I will contact you to let you know.

UK Delivery

UK delivery is free on artwork purchased through my online shop.

Original artwork will be sent using a tracked delivery service and, where appropriate, with insurance and signature confirmation.

Delivery times can vary depending on the size and nature of the artwork and the delivery service used.

International Delivery

I am delighted to offer international delivery where available.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, size and weight of the artwork and will be confirmed before purchase where applicable. International shipments are sent using a tracked service and include appropriate insurance and signature confirmation.

Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are outside my control.

International deliveries may also take longer than UK deliveries due to customs processing.

If your artwork arrives damaged

Please take a moment to inspect your artwork and its packaging as soon as it arrives.

If your artwork appears to have been damaged during transit:

Please do not discard the packaging.

Take clear photographs of:

• the artwork and the damage;

• the outer packaging;

• the internal packaging; and

• any visible damage to the parcel.

Please contact me as soon as possible with the photographs and details of the damage so that I can work with you and the delivery provider to resolve the matter.

I will always do my best to make sure that any issue is handled quickly, fairly and with care.
