Returns & Refunds:

Your happiness matters to me

I want the artwork you choose to bring something meaningful into your home. I understand that buying original art online is a very personal experience, and I want you to feel confident when choosing a piece from my collection.

If, after receiving your artwork, you decide it isn't quite right for you, please contact me in writing within 14 days of delivery. I will always do my best to resolve any concerns with you.

For eligible original artworks purchased online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork. If you decide to return it, please contact me before sending it back so I can provide the return instructions.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition, securely packaged and, wherever possible, in its original packaging. The cost of returning an artwork because you have changed your mind is normally your responsibility, unless the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the artwork and packaging. I will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Bespoke commissions

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for you and cannot normally be resold, bespoke or personalised commissions are not eligible for a change-of-mind return once work has begun, except where the artwork is faulty, damaged or does not conform to what was agreed.

Before I begin a commission, we will agree the key details together so that you feel confident about the piece being created especially for you.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, I will process it using the original payment method once the returned artwork has been received and checked, where a return is required.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Most importantly, if something doesn't feel right, please contact me. I would much rather have a conversation and find a fair solution than leave you feeling disappointed.

Your connection with the artwork matters to me.
